Is there a setup fee?
No. $197 or $65 on the day you subscribe, then the same amount monthly. The build is included in the Done-For-You price.
How does the refund on the onboarding call work?
You see the whole system live on that call. If you don't see the value, say so and we refund the month's $197 right then — no form, no waiting. Details are in our refund policy.
What does 'usage at cost' really mean?
We pass through the carrier and provider rates for what your business sends: emails, text segments, voice minutes and AI actions. There's no markup. You can see running usage in your account at any time.
Are there long-term contracts or cancellation fees?
No. Both plans are month to month. Cancel from your account or by emailing support; you keep access through the end of the paid month.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, either direction. Upgrading to Done-For-You books your discovery call the same day.
Do you charge extra for more team members or contacts?
No. Unlimited on both plans.
What about a website domain?
You bring the domain you own (or we help you buy one for around $12–20/yr). Hosting and SSL are included.
