We ask how your business works: services, prices, hours, area, who answers the phone now, what you'd want a great receptionist to say, and what falls through the cracks. Have your logo and a few photos of your work handy; rough is fine.

You call your own number and hear the receptionist. You send a test text and watch it land. We show you the pages, the app, the pipeline and where the numbers live, and tune wording and rules with you on the spot. We also connect anything that needs your login — Google Business, Facebook, Instagram, your domain.

Calls are answered, texts are returned, jobs are booked. For the first week you'll get a check-in to catch anything the real world surfaces. After that, changes are an email away — new service, new hours, new page, new rule.

- ✓An EIN or business registration — carriers require it to register your number for texting. Sole proprietors can register too.

You'll get reminders by text and email. Missed it? Reschedule from the link — no penalty, the build just starts when we've talked.
Can it go faster than a week?
Often, yes — especially if you have your logins ready. Some clients are live in three days. A week is the promise, not the average.
